Glen “Bear” Smith is a retired chef, trucking company owner, businessman, and back to retired.
Born December of 1947. In northeastern Utah.
He is the father of many who have gravitated to him, but only 6 are his own.
He writes whatever comes to mind. He is a man and a gentle one at that. He is an incurable romantic, and loves how people are attracted to his love sonnets and poems. He enjoys writting children’s literature, short stories, humorous stories and poems.
Bear is like Shreck. He has many layers like an onion.
Most often, it is the artwork that serves as his muse.
His first officially published work is listed above.
He has written 14 books titled: The Adventures in Glenny Land. They are true stories about his youth as a boy. He wrote them for my grandchildren, many of whom will never get to know him personally, because of choices that their parents made.
Bear has written or am working on 17 books right now (7-11-2011) He is a published author who is broke as heck. He is an American Patriot. Bear loves his country and supports the flag, our troops, and our American standards. In a day when people the world over cry out for help from the U.S.A. they in return hate us for being the greatest humanitarian nation on earth. He love our Heavenly Father, and His precious Son, Jesus Christ, and is happy to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later-Day Saints.
Glen Bear Smith is about 3/4 the size of a doorway, and half as smart as a yak, but he sure can cook up a storm. Bear makes people laugh, and singing gives him such peace and joy. If you really want to get to know me, just ask me. I never shut up, and will spill my guts like a drunken sailor on a Saturday night…
